American Academy for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine (AACPDM) Best Early Career Complex Care Award

This award is given to the highest-ranked free paper focused on Complex Care submitted by an early career investigator (within five years of completion of training).  A focus on Complex Care will be defined as research focused on people with medical complexity (intensive service needs, reliance on technology, high resource utilization, and increased need for care coordination), with priority given to work with an interdisciplinary perspective. This award is open to clinical, quality improvement and basic science research work.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Finalists must be an AACPDM Member at the time of abstract submission.
  • Finalists must present at the Annual Meeting.
  • Finalists must submit a video recording in advance.
  • Priority will be given to first time applicants.
