Poster Instructions

Poster instruction notifications have been sent to the person listed as ‘presenter’. If the ‘presenter’ did not receive a notification please contact: meetings@aacpdm.org.

Poster Uploads

1. Your poster must be submitted and uploaded in www.speakerreadyroom.com no later than Wednesday, September 15, 2021. Files submitted via e-mail will not be accepted.
   *E-Poster upload site www.speakerreadyroom.com is separate from the abstract submission site. E-Posters will NOT be submitted via the abstract submission system. Instructions for Uploading E-Posters.

2. When saving your e-poster file, the file name must include the Poster ID Number and your Last Name (ex: SP235_Smith; DP13_Smith; CS05_Smith).

Poster Requirements

1. Every Poster must be submitted as an E-poster (an electronic poster or digital poster). E-posters will be posted on the AACPDM website during the Annual Meeting and until September 1, 2022.

2. Each E-Poster should be submitted to www.speakerreadyroom.com as a an mp4 file. Poster presenters can determine how many slides to use but must stay within the three minute presentation time limit.  Carefully review the Instructions for Uploading E-Posters and Recording Narrative Guide prior to submitting your e-Poster.

Poster Tours
**Selected posters will be included in poster tours, which will be held Thursday, October 7, 2021. If selected, you will receive a separate email outlining the timing and expectations of poster tour presenters. Your virtual presence (or that of a co-author you designate) will be required during that the poster tour.

Meeting Registration
E-Poster presenters must register for the meeting and pay the appropriate registration fees. You may register for the meeting on the AACPDM website at (https://www.aacpdm.org/meetings/2021/attendee/registration ).
