On-Demand Mini Symposia

All presenters at the AACPDM 75th Annual Meeting are required to include a CME Disclosure Slide at the beginning of each presentation. Please use this PowerPoint Slide as a template to ensure all required information is listed. The slide is also a task in the Speaker Harvester system.

On-Demand Mini-Symposia are 75 minutes in length, providing formal in-depth instruction for continuing professional education combined with audience participation and interaction. Click HERE to access the speaker information guide.

On-Demand Mini Symposia – will be pre-recorded and available on-demand directly following the live portion of the meeting. There is no live aspect to On-Demand Mini Symposia. On-demand access will be available to Annual Meeting attendees beginning Monday, October 11, 2021 and the material will be available on-demand until September 1, 2022.  Please plan your presentation content accordingly.

Each On-Demand Mini Symposia is responsible for pre-recording and uploading the pre-recorded presentation to the speaker management site no later than Wednesday, September 15, 2021.  Presentations can be recorded together as a group or individually. SPEAKER TASK TIMELINE

Instructions on how to access the speaker management system have been emailed which include your username and password. Please email meetings@aacpdm.org with any additional questions.

Handout Details

 The deadline to submit handouts is September 15, 2021.

The files for your handout should not be the same as your presentation. Please ensure your handouts are clear and legible before uploading them. No more than 3 files should be uploaded. Please keep the total of the file size(s) less than 1.5MB. All materials must be in PDF format. Please include your session number and last name in your file name (MS23_Jones).

Ensure that you have the necessary permissions and documentation (if needed) to utilize patient videos in your presentation. Due to privacy regulations, you are required to have faces blurred or not visable.
