AACPDM

American Academy for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine (AACPDM) Free Papers

All presenters at the AACPDM 75th Annual Meeting are required to include a CME Disclosure Slide at the beginning of each presentation. The slide will also be a task in the Speaker Harvester system.

Presentation Details

Free Paper Sessions will be presented in a “mock-live” format where lectures are pre-recorded and played on a schedule as though they were being livestreamed. Presenters must be available during the “airing” of their sessions and for a live Q&A session at the conclusion of their recorded presentations. Moderators will introduce each presenter and facilitate Q&A via the chat feature of the virtual platform.

Following the live dates, the material will be available on-demand until September 1, 2022.  Please plan your presentation content accordingly.

Presentations must be submitted via the Speaker Harvester System. Please include your session number and last name in your file name (F8_Jones). Click HERE to access the speaker information guide.

All session and presentation times are in the Eastern Time (EDT) Zone. Unsure how to convert times to your specific time zone? Just click here.

Free Paper Presentation Information:

Time to Present: 7 minutes

Ten free paper presentations will be scheduled into one Free Paper Session. It is imperative you adhere to this time frame in order to keep the session on track along with the other presenters in the session. The moderators of the session will prompt you to begin and end. After 5 presentations have been completed, there will be a question and answer period for those five presenters before the next set of presentations.

All Presenters must register for the meeting and pay the required registration fee. If you have not registered yet; you may do so HERE. Please remember that by agreeing to present, you are agreeing you are available and able to attend the meeting. There is a strict limit of (2) free paper presentations per person, which will be enforced during the meeting.
