Registration will open in May 2026

Important Dates:

Full registration to the AACPDM 80th Annual Meeting includes access to all Educational Sessions, Free Paper Presentations, Posters and the Welcome Reception. Additional registration rates apply for the Pre-Conference Sessions held on Sunday, September 27, 2026, and the Networking Celebration held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026. The 2026 Annual Meeting is a live, in-person event. Virtual attendance options are not available. Registration Rates:

Family Rate:

If you are a non-member person with lived experience (family member or individual with a childhood-onset disability) and wish to attend educations sessions, please contact the AACPDM office to complete your registration. Paid attendees are welcome in all sessions, but unable to claim CME or other continuing education credit with this registration type.

To qualify for the family pass, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be a non-member (AACPDM members must pay the member rate)
• Have lived experience or have an immediate family member with lived experience (including a spouse, child, parent, or sibling).
• Must not be an exhibitor or sponsor

* Professional or employment-related experience alone does not qualify as lived experience for the family rate.

Guest Pass:

Guests are only permitted to attend the welcome reception. Guests are not permitted to attend education or general sessions. In order to attend the welcome reception, please contact the AACPDM office. All guests must have a badge and will not be allowed access into the welcome reception without one. If your guest is only attending the Networking Celebration, they do not need a guest pass. Additional Networking Celebration tickets may be purchased under your registration.

Not an AACPDM Member?

Non-Members who apply for membership and register for the Annual Meeting by June 30, 2026, may be eligible to receive reimbursement of the non-member vs. member registration rate (contingent upon membership approval). Once your membership application is approved, please notify meetings@aacpdm.org, and you will be reimbursed the difference in price. Reimbursement is not automatic. Approved members must contact AACPDM to request reimbursement of the registration rate.

* In order to qualify for reimbursement, you must apply for membership and register for the Annual Meeting by June 30, 2026. Membership applications submitted or registrations completed after June 30, 2026, will not be eligible for reimbursement under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy:

All requests for cancellation must be received in writing by September 26, 2026. A 75% refund will be granted for requests received either before or on this date. No refunds will be granted after September 26, 2026.
