Poster Instructions

Poster instruction notifications have been sent to the person listed as ‘presenter’. If the ‘presenter’ did not receive a notification please contact: meetings@aacpdm.org.

Poster Uploads

1. Your poster must be submitted and uploaded in the speaker management system no later than Thursday, August 27, 2026. Files submitted via e-mail will not be accepted.

2. When saving your e-poster file, the file name must include the Poster ID Number and your Last Name (ex: SP235_Smith; DP13_Smith; CS05_Smith).

Physical Poster Guidelines

Posters must be displayed in a vertical orientation with a maximum of 24 inches wide and 36 inches high.

Poster Template

NEW THIS YEAR- A new poster template for 2026 is now available. You can download the updated template directly from the speaker harvester, under the "Download Poster Template" task. 

Heading

The heading for the poster should include the title, author(s) and affiliation. The heading must be mounted at the top of the board. Lettering should be large enough to be read from a minimum distance of four feet.

Contact Information

Please include contact information or business cards attached to your poster for attendees to contact you at a later date.

Miscellaneous

In preparing and presenting your poster, please keep in mind that your audience may represent many disciplines and perspectives, including physicians, therapists, researchers and parents.

Tacks or push pins for attaching your poster to the board will be provided.

Poster presenters must register for the meeting and pay the appropriate registration fees.
