The American Academy for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine (AACPDM) is looking forward to your presentation at the AACPDM 80th Annual Meeting taking place September 27-30, 2026 at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown. Your contributions to this event will play a significant role in continuing to provide our attendees with the latest information and ideas.

Please read through the information on the tab for your presentation type before logging on to complete your assigned tasks.

Please remember:
-  Withdrawal of an accepted abstract (after March 25, 2026) will result in the presenter(s) being barred from submitting work to the next Annual Meeting.
-  All presenters must register for the meeting.

SPEAKER HARVESTER (online software program)
The Speaker Harvester is a system for the 2026 Annual Meeting where you will find your presentation details and tasks to complete. The tasks you need to complete will depend on which presentation type you have at the meeting.

Please note: Individuals with the "Presenter" role are responsible for the tasks associated with the presentation. If you have a group of presenters (Education Session or Pre-Conference Session) please communicate with your team so there are not duplicate uploads. 

The AACPDM uses the Speaker Harvester system, exclusive to our speakers. The entire site is designed with tasks and guidelines specific to your presentations. The goal is that this will make it easier to share information and review the submissions. We have provided a personalized Access Key that allows you to log-in to your individual profile and complete the required tasks. Please note this is DIFFERENT from the submission access information.
