Why It’s Important to Book in the AACPDM Hotel Block
AACPDM makes every effort to keep participants expenses as low as possible, working hard to negotiate the best hotel rates and to make the best use of registration dollars to keep the meeting affordable. AACPDM does this in part by contracting a specific number of hotel rooms for its conference which allows the ability to negotiate expenses with the hotel. Those savings are passed down to the attendees. When you reserve a room with an official AACPDM hotel block, you are helping to support the 2026 Annual Meeting, as well as future meetings.

Key Dates
All hotel reservations must be made by September 3, 2026 or until the room block sells out. After September 3, 2026, any unreserved rooms in the AACPDM housing block may be released back to the hotel for general sale and the reduced rate is no longer guaranteed. 

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid charges. All hotel room cancellations must be done directly through the hotel (215-625-2900).

Housing Fraud
Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company other than AACPDM is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates; however, they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. All AACPDM Annual Meeting registration and housing emails will come from either info@aacpdm.org or meetings@aacpdm.org. Please be vigilant if contacted by any other company or service.
