2010 Refer-a-Friend Campaign
In an effort to enhance and expand the Academy with new members and volunteers, the AACPDM is excited to launch the 2010 Refer-A-Friend Campaign.
Take a moment to think of other colleagues that would welcome the opportunity to belong to the close- knit community of the American Academy for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine (AACPDM). Working as a team in the healthcare community is the best opportunity for our patients' success. By sharing research and education within the AACPDM, many healthcare professionals can work collaboratively to make a difference in a patient's life.
The mission of the Academy is to: Provide multidisciplinary scientific education for health professionals and promote excellence in research and services for the benefit of people with cerebral palsy and childhood-onset disabilities.
Your colleagues can be from any healthcare specialty, think of your friends in the following areas: Pediatrics, Neurology, Psychology, Physiatry, Orthopedic and Neuro-Surgery, Physical and Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Orthotics, Rehab Engineering, Kinesiology, Nursing, Nutrition, Education, Administration and Research.
There are only a few things you need to do to participate in this exciting program:
- Be a member in good standing through 2010
- Find a colleague or healthcare professional that would benefit from being a member of the AACPDM.
- Have them join the Academy at: http://www.aacpdm.org/membership/join/
Once they have been approved for membership, you AND the new member will EACH receive a $50 discount off your 64th Annual Meeting Registration. A voucher for this discount will be emailed to you.
