Uploading Your Presentation - Instructions

**For technical support, email dpotter@unitedvisual.com. Please give your name, email, and phone number and Drew will contact you with assistance.**

Windows Users
  1. Open up the folder for MY COMPUTER
  2. Copy and paste the following link into the address bar: ftp://aacpdm:scottsdale2009@ftp.unitedvisualproductions.com
  3. Hit ENTER
  4. There will be 4 folders in the window
    -BREAKFAST SESSIONS
    -FREE PAPER SESSIONS
    -INSTRUCTIONAL COURSE LECTURES
    -SPECIALTY DAY SESSIONS
  5. Inside each folder are the individual groups and sessions. Please find your sessions folder and copy/paste your documents and presentations into that folder.
  6. If you make changes or edits to documents you have already uploaded, please save them again in the same location. It is OK to overwrite and replace existing documents. Please do not delete presentations from the folders.
  7. Please upload all of your materials before September 23rd. They will be accessible in the speaker ready room at the Kierland Resort. As always, it is advisable that you bring a backup copy of all your materials in case of emergency.

Mac Users
  1. In FINDER, select the GO menu. Choose the CONNECT TO SERVER option. Copy and paste the following link into the SERVER ADDRESS bar (ftp://aacpdm:scottsdale2009@ftp.unitedvisualproductions.com), click CONNECT
  2. Follow the same instructions as above.
