Welcome
On behalf of the American Academy for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine (AACPDM), we invite you to participate in our 63rd Annual Meeting.
Each year, AACPDM Annual Meetings provide high-quality dissemination of information in the basic sciences, prevention, diagnosis, treatment and technical advances as applied to persons with cerebral palsy and developmental disorders.
We are pleased to announce that our 2009 Annual Meeting focus is on Frontiers of Innovation: Combining Technology and Therapy to Improve Outcomes. The Scientific Program will include high-quality Plenary Sessions, Free Paper Sessions, Point/Counter Point Debates, and Instructional Course Lectures. The Poster session will include over 100 Scientific, Demonstration and Student Posters. We will also feature the popular "Breakfast with the Experts" sessions on Thursday and Friday. These one-hour sessions are a unique opportunity to focus on subjects that are new, innovative and often controversial. Breakfast sessions are limited to only 50 participants per session and feature a real Southwest "ranch-style" breakfast.
The location of the meeting is Scottsdale, AZ, which is America's 5th largest, and 2nd flattest city. The Westin Kierland has a great golf course and is located close to many upscale shopping areas, restaurants and art galleries.
Please join us for this meeting that promises to be one of our best Annual Meetings yet. We are even planning a few surprises!
Sincerely,
Deborah Gaebler-Spira, MD
