The American Academy of Cerebral Palsy & Developmental Medicine will celebrate its Diamond Jubilee at the 60th Annual in Boston, Massachusetts at the Boston Marriott Hotel - Copley Place from September 13-16, 2006.
The annual meeting provides an international forum for the dissemination and exchange of new knowledge, ideas and educational information between participants from all disciplines involved in the prevention, diagnosis and care of children with cerebral palsy and other developmental disabilities. The membership of the Academy is comprised of a diverse group of dedicated professionals including physical and occupational therapists, developmental pediatricians, neurologists, physiatrists, orthopaedic surgeons, nurses, educators and many others who are involved in the care of children and adults with cerebral palsy and other chronic disabilities, continuing the tradition of interdisciplinary care that has promoted by the Academy since its founding in 1947.
This year’s meeting, which celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Academy, promises an exciting program which will feature 46 free paper podium presentations, 60 scientific and demonstration posters, the popular Point-Counter Point debates, 32 two-hour instructional courses and 10 Breakfast with the Experts sessions.
