General Information and Instructions for Recruitment Ads/Postings
The AACPDM offers the options below to reach qualified candidates for your open positions.
  1. Job Posting on the web site
  2. Recruitment ad in the printed newsletter
  3. Combo: Both a job posting and recruitment print ad

Job Posting on Web Site
  • Postings and payment must be received by the 20th of the month for posting on the 1st of the following
  • Postings will not be added to the website until payment is received.
  • Postings will remain for 30 days unless renewed.
  • All postings are subject to approval by the AACPDM Webmaster prior to being posted.
  • Postings need to include: Title, Company, Location, Job Description, Contact Name to send resume, URL and Logo
  • Logos should be submitted in a gif format, and not exceed a maximum size of 200 pixels wide, 85 pixels high.
Fees
  • One (1) 30 day posting $150
  • Five (5) 30 day postings $500
Newsletter Recruitment Advertisement
  • The newsletter is printed 4 times a year: Spring (April), Summer (July), Fall (October) and Winter (December)
  • All ads need to be submitted to the office 10 days prior to the print deadline, the deadlines are as follows:
    • Spring: March 31st
    • Summer: June 30th
    • Fall: September 30th
    • Winter: December 30th
  • All recruitment ads are quarter-page, and in full color, unless specified a larger size (additional fees will be applied).
Fees
  • One (1) print newsletter ad $500
  • Four (4) print newsletter ads $1,500 (annual rate)

Combo: Job Posting and Print Ad

Fees
  • One (1) print ad and one job posting $600

Respond directly to the company contact indicated on the ad.
